Felted wool
Nowadays, felting – an ancestral textile technique – allows us to do unique and modern pieces thanks to its special texture, its different shapes and shades.
Originally coming in the shape of fibers, wool becomes this nonwoven cloth when rubbed with hot water, soap and patience.
Felt can vary in suppleness and rigidity, transparency and opacity, rusticity and refinement. Consequently, it offers a lot of possibilities.
It’s a simple technique but it requires energy, concentration and creativity.
